Registration and Payment

• Register for courses via our website; payment is due immediately.
  
• You have a 14-day legal cooling-off period to cancel, reschedule, or transfer your registration free of charge.
  

Missed lessons

• Missed lessons cannot be made up in another period; study independently if you cannot attend.
  

Course Materials

• Materials are available after payment and for one month after the course ends.
  
• Course materials are copyrighted and for personal use only.
  

Class Participation

• Online courses are held via Zoom. You must use a working device, stable internet, and keep the camera/microphone on.
  
• Failure to participate properly may result in being marked absent or excluded.
  

Schedules and Changes

• Lesson times, days, and prices are subject to change; updates are posted at least 2 days in advance.
  

Cancellations by Català per a tu

• Courses may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
  
• A full refund is provided within 14 days.
  
  

Photos and Recordings

• Group photos or screenshots may be taken and shared on social media. Opt out if you do not want to appear.
  

Liability

• Català per a tu is not responsible for technical issues on student devices, extreme circumstances, or third-party actions beyond our control.
  
• We will always try to provide suitable alternatives.
  

Age Requirement

• Registration is open to anyone 18 years or older.
  
• Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
  

Contact and Complaints

• Complaints can be sent via email and are handled confidentially.
  
• If unresolved, complaints can be escalated to an independent third party.
